A little coverup I got to do today.  The customer and I were very happy with the outcome.  The old tattoo was an old Kilroy tattoo.  He didn’t like it and wanted to cover it with his favorite team’s logo.

I think it’ s a dramatic improvement, but of course, I’m slightly biased.

I got to do a nifty, shoulder cap tattoo the other day and I was stoked with the outcome.  The ship was not my design, but everything else was free-handed by me.  I love getting to do really colorful flowers and freehand work.

This is the second session I got to do on a koi half sleeve.  This chick is a beast and let me play with coloring.  Instead of doing each scale, I shaded it as a whole.  Just a little break from traditional.  Can’t wait to finish this sleeve! Scroll down for more pics of this sessions work.

I got to do a very special memorial piece on a woman the other day.  The leaves represent the people she has lost and the bird represents her mother, who she lost years ago.  She wanted the robin because her mother’s name was Robin.  I was very happy with the outcome of the tattoo and she was ecstatic.

I actually started this almost a year ago and just now got to finish it!

Get it?? Cause of the Air Force and Top Gun the movie??  Okay, that was uncalled for and I’ll admit it!  I did these tattoos on a friend, Elliott, and his dad.  The dad wanted a more simple symbol and Elliott let me change his up a bit.  Anyway, I was happy with the outcome.

p.s.  You might wanna turn your screen’s brightness down, cause Elliott’s arms are brighter than your momma’s ass in winter!  I should know!!

Okay, that was a horrible pun.  I’m sorry, but not sorry for this tattoo!!  I enjoyed the hell out of this!  Gooch a.k.a. Chase is always up for my interpretation on his ideas!  He did good.  I wanna go back and hit a little more on the compass, but overall, I was pleased!

This was this kid’s first tattoo.  Why did he get a Batman logo??  CAUSE HE CAN!!!  He didn’t even flinch!!

p.s.  No, there were not enough nuh nuh’s to make up the whole Batman song from the old tv show!! Get off my back!! Geez!!!

A guy came in today and wanted at wooden cross to commemorate his lost family members. He wanted it simple and to the point.  So, I whipped this up real quick.  He loved it and I loved doing it.

We recently got some new flash at the shop by Domingo Trevino.  I love his new color work pieces.  This was the first of the set in his Eagle collection.  I changed this one up a little bit color-wise, but overall, I thought it fitting for this guy’s first tattoo.  He’s a former veteran.
